Shipping Information
How long does it take to get my order?
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your orders.
  • Please note "business days" include Monday-Friday.
  • Which exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays
  • If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, processing days will begin the following working business days.
  • USPS time frame for delivery in Los Angeles or California is approximately 2 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee 2-DAY delivery.
  • Orders placed during the Holidays can take extra time to process due to a high volume of orders.  
  • USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately 4 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee earlier delivery beyond 5-7 business days.  Holiday orders excluded.
  • We apologize, as we do not offer express shipping at this time. However, should your order exceed the amount of $100, it will be shipped via complimentary priority mail. We will do our best to ship your package to you as soon as possible.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Important Information for Customer

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an “order confirmation” email. Please keep track of that email as it contains your ORDER NUMBER. So please enter an email address that you have access too.
  • If you did not receive your “order confirmation” email please check your spam folder first, please make sure you entered the correct email address, if you still have not received it please contact me via email.
  • If by any means you must contact me via email regarding the status of your order, you MUST provide your order number. 
  • An “order confirmation” email is not a shipping email. 
  •  You will receive a “shipping confirmation” ONCE your order has been processed and shipped. 
    • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order.
    • Business days: Monday- Friday
    • Non-business Days: Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
    • Processing days will begin the following business day
  • Orders are processed in the order they are received in. If you need an item for a certain date, please place your order in a timely manner. 
  • We are working tirelessly to get your orders out as fast as we can
How do I know when I will receive my order?
  • If you placed an order that contains a PRE-ORDER item, please understand you have placed an order for an item that is not currently in stock, it is an order for an item that will be in stock, and the moment shipment arrives, your order will be shipped out immediately. Shipping is longer than our usual shipping and processing time. Rest assured you will receive your order.
  • Once you are at checkout you'll have an ETA for each of the products you order.
  • We are working tirelessly to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.

My order contained a face mask, how long is shipping?

  • **Face Mask are made to order, so please be patient.
  • Processing time for orders containing face mask is 7-14 business days. 
  • Rest assured, we are processing orders as fast as possible
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, your will receive a shipping confirmation.

What sizes do you offer for mask?

What if my package is lost?

  • If you believe your package has been lost, please contact USPS for assistance in filing a claim or locating your package. 
  • Please note, Essentialz Studio is not responsible for a package once it has been shipped out.
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What is your return policy?
  • For hygienic purposes, all purchases made are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable for ANY REASON.
  • Be assured you will be getting a quality product. If you have further questions please feel free to email me 
    Do you allow refunds?
    • No refunds or returns are accepted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    How much time from purchase do I have to request a refund?
    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once your order has been placed it is now in the process of getting shipped. If under certain circumstances, a refund request must be made, you have 24 hours once your purchase has been made to contact us. contact must be made via email at
    • We do not offer returns/refunds If under certain circumstances, a refund must be made, the method of refund will be STORE CREDIT.
    • We do not offer returns/refunds. If under certain circumstances an item must be refunded or returned, the product must be unopened, new, never worn, and packaging must be intact.
    • We do not accept returns/refunds. But if you want to contact us about refunds/returns please email us at Please put subject line "refund/return". In your email please include your name, and order number.
    • We do not accept returns/refunds. If under certain circumstances an item must be returned/refunded the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. 
    • Essentialz Studio will determine if the return or refund requests meets the qualifications, and falls under the category "certain circumstances", and is valid for approval or not. 
    • By finalizing your purchase, whether it be through Paypal, our website, or Apple Pay, you are agreeing you are authorizing this transaction.

    Something I purchased is now on sale, can I now receive a price adjustment?
    • Unfortunately, due to the overall high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow for price adjustments.
